including photography and graphics.

Grading and course requirements:
Personal portfolio - 200 points
Presentation of personal portfolio - 100 points
Two photo or art assignments
1. Portraiture - 200 points (use a throw away camera)
2. News or feature, sports action - 300 points
(Grading criteria: light and color, composition, subject
matter)
Group presentations (Pass/Fail): 200 points
Students will select a topic to present in the regular
class time. Presentations must include photos and use a presentation software
such as Microsoft Powerpoint.
